It has been really frustrating and difficult to get hold of anybody working at UNISA through email, sms or phonecalls. I have been trying to get hold of UNISA since the beginning of January for a very simple request, which is that I need my proof of completion of qualification earlier than the date on the website (which is 31 January) as I am commencing with new studies on the 4th of February and need my proof of completion of the qualification I completed end of last year at UNISA as a prerequist to start my new course at Stellenbosch University. Is it so hard to answer the phone or email a student back with a short message that confirms that their qualification is completed? I wish the service was more efficient and reliable for students.
