Unisa
Unisa has not aknowledged receipt of admission

I applied for a qualification on the 17 September 2013 - which i have proof of - no acknowledgement of receipt was sent to my my life unisa student addresss by Unisa.

I applied for a change to my qualification on the 10 December 2013 - still nothing.

I think it is really unfair to implement a new process and students suffer because of it.

Please UNISA, respond to my mails. I am will to furnish proof that i did indeed apply for a admission timorously.
