NO SERVICE!!!

I have been trying to get a response out of Unisa without any luck! 9 emails in 10 days, I they don't even bother replying! The Call Centre has been closed down and now you can only get a hold of them on email, how convenient as they do not have to respond to emails!
I requested assistance before closing date for registrations for the current semester, which was 25 January, by either helping me reset my MyLife email password, or just confirming if my qualification is completed, but to date nobody has felt the need to come back to me.(29 January) My Unisa has not been updated to say that my qualification is completed, even though I have enough credits as per their requirements. So in the event that my qualification is in fact not completed, I have to wait another semester to register in order to finish this, affecting my promotion possibilities at work ect! Also, I was not able to enrol for my Honours immediately because Unisa feels that they do not have to respond to the students who pay almost R1300 per module!
