How many times must I ask?

I've tried to get a copy of my certificate/s now since the beginning of the month (August 2013). However, despite leaving messages, sending emails and contacting customer care, nobody has had the decency to get back to me...

Funny how they won't give you your results until your fees are paid... but then never worry about assisting you after that again... Ever...
