Unisa
Treatment at library

On the 12 of August I went to unisa to study after work as I do not have time to study or come to the campus to finalise my student card registration. So I spoke to the guy at the cashier and he explained the policy that I should pay now for the student card and will be allowed to come in showing that I have made the payment for the card, then paying ten rand every day. I did this as I have deadlines at work and my assignments are soon coming up so I decided to pay once off for the card and finalise it when I have time but for know be doing my assignments and preparing for exams. There was no security at the entrance all of them where at the reception area. I then approached them showing them the paper which showed the proof of payments and Edward Mutamba in a very rude way told me that I had to go to the cashier. I explained to him what I was told by the cashier and he insisted that I should go, without even explaining to me or wanting to listen to what I was told at the cashier.

I find that I am disappointed at unisa as a university for from today I saw that there is no understanding of policies amongst the different sections within the university, how can they be able to teach
