Worst services ever!!

I've been trying to get hold of the lecturer, Ms TL MAKHOBOTLOANE, for module BOT1502, for the past month. She does not respond to my e-mails at all. I went to register to get an access card to attend my tutorial classes, five weeks later I'm still waiting for Unisa to send me a notification sms as to when I can collect my access card, as promised by unisa. Those tutorial classes are absolutely necessary to attend especially for my science modules. I was told not to even attempt going onto campus for tutorial classes, without my access card because I won't be allowed, (I was informed by the unisa staff). I'm having a lot of challenges with module BOT1502 and Unisa is refusing to help me, I'm literally studying on my own, I wish I had more assistance from my learning institution. If I don't understand something I would than simply have to fail, because unisa couldn't care less. I then asked if it's possible to get a student card, I was told that I can only do that during week days, I then explained that I cannot stay out of work, can I not do it on a Saturday, but I was refused. I submitted my assignments two weeks ago and it's not even been looked at yet. Wil I write exams??
