I filled an application form to purchase cooking pots and pay monthly premium of R200 but this never happened as i was sent an sms stating that my application to prurchase a set of cooking pots on credit was declined, to my suprise stratcol started to debit my bank account from the 15 february to date, they have collected a total of R1000, 00 to date, for being declined by cook 4 life i am paying how does that come about, now i want my money back into my account with 48 hours failing which i will bring this matter to the attention of the public protector for stratcol is the poor unjustly making themselves rich, which is a criminal offence, i would like to know what the consummer tribunal will have to say about this activity by stratcol, the debit appears as follows on my bank statement stratcol -49747177-cook4life acc.repay0282535953,
This company is us, the poor, pay my money within 48 hours and remove the active debit from my account for you have no legal basis to debit my account.
