i always read complaints about these unauthorized and deductions and think its just because of ones negligence or an opportunity to put a bad name for competitors, until now, R99.99 was debited from my account by 'callvoice" so i inquired it with StandardBank, they said they would reverse it and charge R20 to investigate further, i asked whether this type of complaint was common and the bank said no which i find strange because the web if full of complaint similar to this and one had a response from the bank regarding this, anyway the bank investigated and advised STRATCOL was debiting my account, last week i received my monthy statement from STDBANK for last month and to my surprise the debit order had gone off as well, and the bank advised it would charge R160 to reverse a 40 day old debit. I wake up everyday to make a living and try and survive and Stratcol decides to from me... i cant accept that, how can a debit order be processed without me agreeing to it and supply my information and signature, Please help
