My son received a wooden gift which he could assemble and paint. he was very excited. We found that one of the parts were missing and I send an email to the address stated on the packaging. I was hopeful to get a response within a day. to my surprise I received a response the same and we resolved that he will get the new gift and they will post it. He has assembled his new aeroplane and painted it in the bright colours. thank you so much Kally, you made a 5 year old very happy. Natasha
