This is my second complaint to Hello Peter about the same problem. I registered during September 2012 and up to date still don't know whether my registration was successful or not. I did receive feedback from Tanya Chetty from the university stating that the matter would be forwarded to the registration department, but after that nothing. I am using this forum again to try to resolve this matter, if again this is unsuccessful, I will report the matter to the ombudsman of the university and contact every news paper stating how Unisa takes money from prospective students and give nothing in return except automated e-mails and empty promises to look into the matter.
