An amount of R99.99 has been debited on my account two months in a row. I spoke to the call centre (my bank gave me their contact details) and they said that it was for a "lifestyle card" - absolute and filth - i would never ever have agreed to anything like that. I have absolutely no debt and would never agree to anything that has to be paid off. They said they would "investigate" and let me know within 2-3 days. I am going to the papers if they do not sort this out. What bothers me is where on earth they got my account details from...
