Trying to get assistance from unisa to update my email address so I can register for this semester. You cannot get through to anyone. Eventually after a week you receive feedback it's not what you asked for. You send another email and registration will be over by the time you receive a response.
Where's the personal touch. Unisa is really distancing itself from its students.
