Poor service of one lecturer from UJ

I am writing with regards to my child (name available on request). She wrote End User Computing exam last year (2012) during her first semester. Her results indicated "failed" and "absent". In actual fact she did sit for this exam and passed it.

Her lecturer Mr Kwete promised to rectify the error and update her results since last year. I have tried since last year to beg this lecturer to sort this issue as it will affect my child's graduation. I am now just begging someone/anyone to intervene and assist as a matter of urgency

Unfortunately if not dealt with this lecturer's poor service can tarnish the name of the whole University.
