Unisa Bad Registration Process!!!

On the 9 January 2013, I went into Unisa durban Campus to change my degree an register and credit subjects. which was a first for me as I normally register online. I got there at 11 am and had to wait for a student advisor, only 2 advisors were available and each took and hour to 2 hours break with a que that went out the door. Eventually I saw an advisor at 17:45, he was not only rude in body language but verbally to, he didnt care what I had to say an was not very helpful in answering my questions. I left with the impression that everything was sorted out and that I would receive my email and sms of receipt of registration and amount payable but I reiceved nothing. So I waited a week. I then emailed the study info hoping for some answers but still have not received a reply, I also smsd registration and applications number and that too I have not received I reply. I then tried phoning and what a suprises that there WAS NO ANSWER . I eventually got through to JHB Unisa to try help me with my problem and to me this is very annoying to have to go the another province in order to get answers. Registration closes on friday (25 Jan) and my registration still is has not been processed!!!
