I applied on the 8th of Jan 2013 for above mentioned course (closing date 11 Jan 2013). On the same day got a response stating to get feed back by no later than 18 Jan 2013. on 25 Jan i emailed Unisa and got a reply back stating that my application was being processed. I again emailed them on the 4th of Feb and got the same reply! After numerous unanswered phone calls, i wrote an email to the Ombudsman at Unisa stating my concern. The Ombudsman re directed my complaint to Mr Riekert Liebenburg to assist in my matter on the same day and up until today there has been no response. I have received no confirmation what soever about my application.
