I have been emailing the EUP and Finance department 3 TIMES a day EVERYDAY this week and last week to NO reply! I phone everyday all day and was answered once, the phone was pickeed up and put down.
I have SERIOUS billing errors to correct and because of said errors I cannot see my marks! If I have failed a subject I need to re-register for this semester but CANT because NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!
This is getting out of hand, why is no one competent enough to pick up a phone and handle a query. If I just leave this I am going to be charged for the same module twice and its financial cancellation twice, ALL of which is incorrect.
