The EUP1501 department gave me zeros for my assignments and one for being late despite that it was a web-based assignement and the web-based system was down and giving errors.
One, they claim I submitted someone else's work (plagiarism) despite the fact that I am a long distance student and met my fellow students for the first time when I went to write the exam. I have been accused of plagiarising the easiest module I have ever done in my life.
They say there is nothing they can do about this and they say I must prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was my work but they don't give me any information beyond that and they ignore my emails too.
This is the worst I have ever been treated by an education institution.
