I went to Dynamic Printing and requested a quote for 10 - 500 page Invoice books for my Company. I was given a quote and gave the go ahead to have the books printed. When they phoned me to say that the books were ready, I requested to have the email sent to me so that I could do the payment before collecting my books. On arrival at Dynamic Print, I checked the books and the books that I had paid for only had 200 pages in each book opposed to the 500 which I was originally quoted. In other words, I should've received 5000 invoices in total, but instead only have 2000 invoices. So I am 15 books short! I complained straight away to Sharee at the reception and she told me that Mike was not there and that she would get him to phone me. As he never bothered to phone me back, I phoned him and he said he would look into it and phone me back. Obviously he once again did not bother to phone me back. I have just phoned me and he has informed me that if I want the other 15 books, he will print them but I must pay for them and he will give me a 10% discount. How generous of him!!!??? In future I will remember not to pay before checking what I am getting!
