Money receipted - registration not processed

I registered online on the 11th of January 2013, i paid the full amount of R9500 into Unisa's bank account on the 17/01/2013, the funds has been credited to my account, but registration is still not processed.

I have since re-registered this morning.
I need the proof of registration for the funds paid into the account.
