Completed a Diploma at the institution and due to a i lost the original diploma as it was in the safe. I contacted the institution for a reprint and they told me they have no student records as the branch i studied at closed down. I find this very hard to believe as all education institutions should keep records in achives.
|I managed to get my matric certificate how come the college does not have a record of their students. I question the validity of this college. I need a reprint of my Diploma as i`m currently looking for employment and they are not helpfull at all. I have send emails to the CEO and help desk still they just ignore the request and say i must repeat the course to get the Diploma.
