This is the second complaint in relation to Intec. The first one was resolved and i wrote my exams and passed and no it is with regards to receiving my Diploma from Intec. I received a registered post slip, and when i opened my letter, i got a piece of cardboard, no diploma, yes, a piece of cardboard, contacted Nadiemah and advised and then i had to provide them with an affidavit from the police station stating i had not received it. Like really now, i was going to about not received the Diploma even though i have been waiting for it for so long. Anyway, Diploma resent, looked fine until i noticed that there is writing on the Diploma stating that it was a duplicate and as far as the college was aware the original was lost. How blatant can you be about calling someone a... I contacted Nadiemah who said she was going to contact the relevant department and have not heard from her since, even though i have sent numerous reminder emails and even said i was going to hand over to my legal protection to get this resolved. All i want is my Diploma with my name on it
