Want to change the course i have registered

I have registered that i want to study Diploma in Business Administration buy calling the college. But i was suprised when i got books wit accounting and i called back and they told me that there is no Diploma. But i know very well there is. Then i said i want to cancell but thy told me it will cost and i asked the amount but i was not told. Even though thy didact every month. And i want to study a Diploma not certificate. Please help me. I truely want to achieve Diploma
