Can you kindly assist me, My Nephew applied for a diploma in Informantion Technology at Damelin College, Because his parents did not afford the fees we went to ABSA bank to apply for a studied loan. We were given a letter which stated that the diploma was for three years and the fees are R21'900 which we all thought was for the 3 years, to my shock I was last week advised that my Nephew owes the college and has been expelled and not allowed to attend lessons. I have the registration which I have sent to them and they accepted the error but still say we must pay. we cannot afford the amount and we also want the child to get education. Can you kindly help us or maybe advise us what we can do as we feel its unfair on us and my Nephew.
