Un accomodating and rude Consultants

It has not even been a week since registering with you and already you are showing me how rude and UN accommodating this college is. i wanted to change my debit order date to August instead of July because that's the only time ill be able to start with and pay for my studies. Your rude consultant is telling me it cant be done. i will not accept this kind of treatment at all if this debit order date cannot be changed rather cancel my contract.
