I was attending DUT last year studyimg in the IT field. At the end of last year, I paid my fees in order to get my results. I had actually paid more then what I owed to DUT. This year I decided to persue my studies at a private college and not registering back at DUT this year. When I went to the IT faculity this week to enquire about getting the fees I have paid refunded back to me, the staff said that it is against procedure to refund money, they told me that there is a lot of paper work to fill and will take months for them to process. I feel that DUT is just a money making organisation, they have no desire to help students, they staff are rude and dis-respectful. I have been in DUT for 3 years and have nothing good to say about them and now have robbed me for my money once again. I know that I won't get any response from DUT as they are not interested because they have got what they wanted.
