I am extremely unhappy about the terrible service i have received from this so called educational institute. I had paid my student fees fully and paid an extra R6000 more via debit order. Amazing that you are hounded if your fees are not paid but no one bothers when you pay extra. I contacted the finance department in May 2012 and received responses from Lameez Dalvie and thereafter Liezel Brooks. Every response said that it was in progress and i would be informed. Thereafter this year I began calling Intec College's finance department personally but never ever managed to get a hold of the one person i was told was responsible for refunds for Durban- MELVYN MOODLEY. I also spoke to Clyde Bam who told me that he would personally put the application through Melvyn Moodley and that my refund will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks, this was 2 months ago and I have no refund. It is sad that an educational institute will money from the very students its supposed to be instilled education and values in. I will never ever recommend this institute to any student!! its been almost a year without a refund and without anyone from Intec responding to my issue or calling me back!
