Lack of response to emails

I have sent several emails to UNISA over the past few weeks without response. I'm trying to find out two things:
1) If I register now for second semester, will I receive my study pack/online resources now in this semester (I want to prepare now to write end of year exams)
2) If I register for first semester, how easy is it (and how will I go about) delaying my exam period to the end of the year.

I've tried sending my request for information on several occassions but without any response.

Further, 3 of my subjects have been registered under Bcom-98305, but should be under Bcom-02011. I was advised at the beginning of 2012 that the error would be corrected, but it has not.
