In 2012 I attended Hydro in pursuit of a diploma in somatology. My parents paid all fees required by the college for tuition for my first year. During 2012 I discovered that Hydro International is not accredited and not registered by the department of education. I then decided to go to another college that is registered at and accredited by the department of education. Hydro international college however, do not want to give my 1st year results because they say I must pay an exit fee. Why must I pay an exit fee when my tuition fees for the first year was paid in full?
