Eally bad service

I'm redoing my martic biology, and have been struggling with intec for weeks now. they can't give you your marks for assessment tasks. all though they did previously. they can't put you through to someone to give you your marks. they say they will phone you back but never do. the supervisors are never available if you want to complain. if i knew it was going to be this much trouble, i would have paid R2000-00 more and gone to UNISA. they say they will post you a hard copy of the assessment task and it will be there within 2weeks. its 3weeks now. and I'm still waiting.
