Issue not resolved after 3 months

I made a complaint towards a company called mustang marketing who sold me a product and was in breach of contract with the payment structure for monthly payments, instead they change the full amount on my credit card. I cancelled this product and as advised by standard bank credit devision I have send the product back unopened and un installed.
standardbank credited me back my money into credit card and said problem was resolved, but every month the company charge the amount of R12700 on my card and I have to go through same process to be reversed.
after the third month now I had enough as I have no credit in my creditcard, but the amount went off again and standard bank increased my credit card limit for this amountvto go through after it has gone through the correct channels and investigation to refund my money. I was promise by Truman Zita that eventually help every time this happens to get my money back quicker and that they will block this supplier that sold me a product and in breach of the payment plan.
