Rude and lazy gentle-man at student center (UWC)

I called the UWC student center and spoke to rather lazy and rude gentleman on the 3rd of Dec around 15:45. All i wanted was for him to check the status of my account but he completely refused. I am the University has debited my account but i dont owe them. That is daylight. Looks like some people in the student department are incompetent and lack education. All i want is a refund of my money, period.
