My employer had made payment on the 30th of January this year but due to your staff's incompetency I still haven't received the refund. All the paper work has been sent but there has not been any action taken as yet. This is unacceptable! I'm unable to proceed with my studies at the other institution simply because the payment cannot be released until we receive the refund. This whole commotion started when 1 of your consultant's decided to misinform me with the course start dates so now we're here. This is soo unfair!
I have studied at Damelin for many years and I have NEVER been let down like this. Please action!
