I booked the professional business writing and minute taking course with the Institute of Secretarial Studies. They then moved the course to a later date (8 May 2013) due to their accreditation expired. I phoned them the previous afternoon to confirm course with no answer. I phoned the venue to find out if course had been booked with them (Swanlake). Swanlake conferences said they did not have any course bookings for Institute of Secretarial Studies. I came in the office early on the morning of the 8th of May 2013 because they claim on their web page to be open at 07:00 in the mornings with no answer. I gave up calling at 10:00. So no course. Don't know how I'm gonna get money back. NOT impressed with disgusting services. They did not even respond to my e-mail.
