I requested a study fees refund on the 5th of february 2012 but up to now i haven't received any kind of feedback concerning this issue. I paid R1700.00 part of the minimum fees but was informed that i do qualify to study for the diploma. I also applied for matric exemption in April 2012 and paid R380.00 but now its almost 12 months i haven't received the certificate. Aren't we supposed to get the exemption certificates via post or something? Please assist student no. 51393204.
