I went to pick up a shower door that we had ordered. We were phoned to come and pick it up but when I came there, I had to wait for 40 minutes for them to tell me they can't find the order.
I live on the other side of town and I cannot just zip over there to check again.
I am truly unhappy. This is not the first time that we have experienced this kind of service.
