So this morning I had a taste of how poor service can be, the worst I have experienced the past year. I decided to call Builders Warehouse in Centurion to find out if they have stock of Plasti dip aerosol in black, 311kg. I even explained to 3 people it is a Multi purpose rubber coating made by Performix, and it will be on the same shelf as all aerosol spray paint cans.
No one sounded as if they were awake yet, and celebrating the fact that they got to see another day, no one fully listening to me, just passing my call on to someone else, until the 3rd person just put me on hold, and then disconnected the call.
Utterly disgusted in Builders warehouse.
