I have been a frequent customer of builders warehouse for quite some time. I live a distance from the store but drive there to get what i need until now. I had requested an item being a replacement glass shower door 3 months ago being told that it would take a week or two to arrive only to wait a month to keep driving to the store time and time again after being advised by your staff to pick it up on specific days but when i get there, the stock did not arrive. The manager was to have handled the order and got back to me personally but to this day has not. Is this the service builders warehouse provides? I then sent a response on the website to customer care over a week ago and receive no response, so is that option for nothing on the website. This is ridiculous to now be waiting so long for you to have got stock of an item. No customer service whatsoever since no communication at ll with your customers. Pathetic i must say from such a big company.
