PLEASE SEE BELOW LETTER THAT WAS E MAILED TO THE OWNER FARHAAD AND THE MANAGER WASELLA, BOTH HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED AND READ THE LETTER

Hi Farhaad,

I am writing to you on behalf of my sister Teresa Singh,

Your company came very highly recommended to Teresa by Anand from Designer Projects, who has also contacted your company on numerous occasions in connection with the problem with the door that was fitted at 14 Howrah Road in June of 2012.

Teresa has made many telephone calls to your company every month since July of 2012 and was always promised that someone will attend to the problem today or tomorrow but no one has ever gone back to 14 Howrah Road to date, just yesterday WASEELA promised that she would send someone over but no one went to Teresa's address nor did she receive a call back.

The problem is that the back door does not open from the inside. Please note that Teresa is alone at home during the day and should she need to get out of the house via the back door if there is an intruder at the front door, she can't. PLEASE WILL YOU ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM ASAP.
