They built our splash fiberglass 'drop-in' pool (3m x 4m) with a spa conversion in - March 2013. They used the pool filter motor to drive the spa conversion. They installed a 0.6 Kw motor for this. The spa barely works and is in fact even weaker than the pool inlet pressure. For this they charged us R4200.00. They keep making promises of a bigger and separate pump but it is all lip service. They also charged R2200.00 for an electrical connection that consists of - 2 meters of twin and earth cable to a garden plug. Last week the piping in the filter box 'burst' at one of the connectors. Now they want us to sort this out with one of their subcontractors.
I would seriously not recommend them to ANYBODY considering installing a pool/spa or in fact anything. What a pathetic level of service. I guess this tells the story of what my 20 year guarantee is worth.
