My wife received some vouchers from her place of work and decided that we should go use them at Builders Warehouse in Kempton Park for some needed things.
The vouchers come in R100 each and in credit card form. When we arrived at the till the lady was not sure what to do with the vouchers, but after we explained that she only needs to swipe it like a credit card, she contacted her supervisor who advised it's fine.
The problem is our bill was R2 000 and we had to swipe 20 cards one by one and sign each one.
The staff assisted us with this burden with a smile on their faces and was very helpful and professional.
