I emailed the store with no response

We recently got engaged and our friends and families gave us many vouchers for your store
We arrived last Saturday (2nd March) excited to buy bits and bobs for our new life
Your staff were miserable
I got sighed at when I asked if they could let me know how much money was on our vouchers
We had been given R2400 to spend with you guys
We walked around selecting items
There was not a single smile in the store
When we were paying CJ was snappy with us
We had over spent and paid the extra on credit card
the amount on our slip was different to what she had told us we owed
She then sighed again and snapped "you have to sign all of them" meaning the many slips that were being printed. We had not used vouchers with you before and did not know the system
My partner even said "well everyone in here is in a great mood" being sarcastic
If we could have exchanged the vouchers to spend somewhere else we would have
I wanted you to know as we will not recommend the store to anyone
If we ever get a voucher again (as we will not spend our own money at your store) we will go to another branch
