Poor quality roll up door fitted

We had a roll up door fitted by Robbie, the roll up door was bending at the top so i phoned him on numerous occasions to come and have a look. He always has an excuse or he is already on his way, anyway it has since emerged that the steel used was 0, 6mm which is too thin and we were charged for a thicker material.
To avoid problems do not get doors fitted by these people.
