Wrong spares and shocking delivery

I ordered a new Roll bar I was phoned that it arrived and asked if I can have it fitted the friday 4 Jsnuary. Just to be phoned the thursday and told that the goods was badly damaged and they had to send it back, but there will be a new one by the tuesday. Yes the new one was there the tuesday but when I got there for it to be fitted - I was told that all the parts werent there so they couldnt fit the new roll bar and had to order another one! Finally by firday 11 January I eventually got my Roll bar fitted. So while I was there I thought I will get a cover for my Corsa 2005 model which was stipullated! just to open it today to fit the cover and realising they gave me cover for a new Chev Corsa 2012 model AND WILL NOT NOT FIT!!! Now I have to go back there and waste more time to exchange it. REALLY!!!
I always thought GM was on top of the game, but they obvisoulsy not the focusing when they waorking with accesories and spares!!!
