After Multiple trips to the store asking at first, then begging the staff, and the Manager, offering them the chance for a solution, and even offering to pay for replacement parts, even although the product was defective.
I have had no feedback, this has been going on since December 2012.
We are now in March 2013, do they not care about there customer base
