They just don't seem to care

Please see below numerous emails sent by my parents as well as phone calls made:

Hi Sugan

I have also spoken to Leon on numerous occasions and once again all that I got was empty promises.

We have been more than just patient with RDS, having gone through the entire festive season with my driveway being a sight for saw eyes.

I have also spoken to Leon explaining to him that Richard cannot handle any unnecessary pressure due to his ill health, having gone through open heart surgery and was promised that my driveway would be complete by Tuesday which is today (26/02/13, once again nothing has materialized.

The entire process of prepping the driveway will have to be re-performed due to all the rains that we have had, poisoning etc.

I leave this matter in your capable hands and trust that you would closely monitor completion of my driveway by the end of this week.
