I am an employer at the city of capetown and in order for me to raise an order on our system, I need a vendor number. To start off with the quotes supplied did not have any contactable numbers on them and when I eventually got the numbers on the internet I had to phone from CT to JHB four times holding for between 5-7 minutes on each call just to be either cutt off or transferred from this one to the other. I wonder how much this would have cost an individual on his private phone. The service is pathetic to say the least and for such a big establishment a person expect so much better service. For this reason I am not able to put through this order in excess of R9000.00 because of poor customer service. Wonder how much business they loose on a daily basis.
