I placed a order for a new cellphone on Thursday 28 Feb, and was told it would be delivered by Monday, 3 Business days, the call centre repeately calls the wrong number to confirm my order, and then when it calls my number they ring one and drop the call, today on Tue they finally call again and say that it will be delivered in 3-5 business days from Today

What is the point of such a pathetic service, and rude customer call centre from the confirmations department, not to say you need to hold for 50mins on the 0821945 number before they cutt your call
