Terrible Customer Care

I had placed an order in February for a Queen size King Koil pillow top mattress. Every time I contact the customer care I am told that they are awaiting confirmation from the warehouse. Last week I was told that there was a problem with my payment and it did not go through. I was informed that a person from the payment department would get hold of me in order to sort out my payment. However till today no one has contacted me. I once again contacted the call center today and asked for the online purchasing department number. That number just rings no one picks up the phone. After phoning this number a few times I recalled the call center and queried from them as to what was going on with my order and again I was told that they were waiting for confirmation from the warehouse regarding the availability of my order. I am truly fed up with this Pathetic Service. Looks like I am just wasting more and more money daily on phone calls to dial-a-bed.
