18 months after taking occupation in our new home and After continual e-mails, phone calls, many instances of negligence & poor workmanship & empty promises!!!
I have had to resort to using another contractor to complete the outstanding issues of my home at the same time incurring many additional costs.
I Would like to caution any individuals who are in the process of recruiting a builder for your new home.
