We bought about all our plumbing equipment from Bathroom Bizarre when we built ur house. Included was 3 expensive toilets.
All the toilet seats were of poor quality and broke/got damage in such a way that we had to replace it. Bathroom Bizarre did not once took responsibility. We we referred to the agents who also did not even have the courtesy of coming to our house to look at the problem and after looking at sms photos only replied by sms that they will not replace or help us with the broken seats.
After telling this to Bathroom Bizarre they did not care and did we have to buy 3 new seats, which means we will have to buy new seats every couple of years!
We bought most of our plumbing, baths, basins, taps, ect from them and they did not care in helping us with a clear probem as we had to buy 3 new seats!
This is not how to handle customers, especially after we have send so much money with them.
